Booking Confirmation

All consultation sessions booked through Zavira Connect are confirmed once the payment is successfully completed. After confirmation, the selected time slot is reserved specifically for you.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be requested only if the cancellation is made at least 4 hours before the scheduled session time.

If you cancel your booking more than 4 hours before the session, you may request a refund for the paid amount.

Refund requests must be submitted by contacting our support team.

No Refund Within 4 Hours Of Session

If the cancellation request is made within 4 hours of the scheduled session time, the booking will not be eligible for a refund.

This policy ensures that the reader’s reserved time is respected and scheduling disruptions are minimized.

No Refund After Session Starts

Once the consultation session has started, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

By joining the session at the scheduled time, the service is considered to have been delivered.

Missed Appointments

If you are unable to attend the consultation at the scheduled time, you must contact our support team to request a reschedule.

Rescheduling requests will be considered only if you notify us before the session begins. If a user misses the appointment without prior notice, the session will be treated as completed and will not be eligible for a refund.
